Evangel Temple was founded in September 1971 under the auspices of the Holy Ghost leading Bishop Taylor to organize the church in Seattle, WA. The church had humble beginnings.
In 1973 Evangel Temple relocated to Kirkland, WA., Then To Redmond, WA and Then to Bellevue, WA in our present location.
In 1987 we were blessed to purchase our present location. Within a five year period, the Lord miraculously provided the funds for us to payoff the balance. It is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes.
We are a congregation of other nationalities and ethnicities.
Our church is Mission Minded supporting 5 foreign Ministries locating in Ser Lione, South Africa, Guinea Bissau, Philippines and Russian and Ukranian Ministries.
We share our building with a Ukranian congregation. And we offer assistant to the Hispanic congregation from time to time.
Evangel Temple is called to served the saints and those whom God will place in our lives.
